Program Description：

 

The Chinese Language and Literature offers courses in Chinese language and literature, English language literature, and pedagogy, in which students are able to systematically master the basic theory and general knowledge of Chinese language and Chinese literature. Students are required to have a good command both Chinese and English language and the culture of them, and be able to interpret and analyze ancient and modern literature. Students are also encouraged to apply teaching pedagogy in Chinese teaching and teaching Chinese as a second language. 

 

Graduates are able to engage in Chinese teaching in Chinese high schools and primary schools, and in other countries. They are also able to engage in secretarial work, or administrative management work in government departments, enterprises, and other institutions.
