The Human Resource Management offers courses in human resources management and labor economics in which students can learn the theoretical knowledge of management, psychology, economics and human resource management, and be familiar with the operation and skill of modules in human resource management.
Graduates are expected to engage in human resource planning, staff recruiting, staff training, staff performance appraisal, salary management, labor relations management and the relevant jobs in international organizations, enterprises, governments departments, and consultant organizations.
