湖南涉外经济学院国际学生招生简章

Hunan International Economics University offers both Chinese language programs to applicants at different Chinese levels and undergraduate programs with bachelor degrees.

湖南涉外经济学院针对不同水平留学生设有中国语言学习项目及攻读学士学位的本科项目。

I. Length of Schooling（学习期限）

1. Short-term program for Chinese Language短期中文学习项目：:

(1) Length of study: 1 month to 1 semester学习期限: 1个月至1学期

(2) Registration Time: First week of March (Spring Semester); First week of September (Fall Semester) 注册时间: 每年三月第一周（春季学期）; 每年九月第一周（秋季学期）

2. Long-term program for Chinese Language长期中文学习项目：

(1) Length of study: more than 1 semester学习期限: 1学期以上

(2) Registration Time: First week of March (Spring Semester); First week of September (Fall Semester) 注册时间: 每年三月第一周（春季学期）; 每年九月第一周（秋季学期）

Various types and levels of courses are provided for international students who are interested in studying Chinese language and culture. Following are the main courses offered for international students at HIEU我校为有兴趣学习中国语言及文化的留学生开设了多种课程。下面为留学生主要课程:

Comprehensive Chinese 汉语综合

Comprehensive Chinese Practice 汉语综合实践

Chinese Listening 汉语听力

Basic Writing 汉语写作

Spoken Chinese口语

HSK courses汉语水平考试课程

Chinese Calligraphy 中国书法

Chinese Martial Arts中国武术

3. Apart from the specialty of Chinese, international students may also be admitted into all undergraduate programs and specialties offered by Hunan International Economics University. Bachelor candidates should have completed high school and holds attainment of HSK at level 4. Students of no foundation in Chinese language may first go into Chinese Language class.

除中文专业外，留学生也可以进入我校其它本科专业学习。申请本科专业的申请人须持有高中毕业证书及HSK 4级证书。无语言基础学生可先行学习语言。

II. Expenditures（费用）

1. Tuition for Chinese Language: RMB/Year

4. Charges for visa, residence permit, oversea students’ insurance, physical check-up or certification for physical check-up are paid to related offices directly.

签证费、居留许可费、留学生保险、体检等费用由留学生直接交给相关单位。

5. Cost on food ranges from RMB ¥600 to RMB ¥1000/month on campus.

校内每月餐饮费约在人民币600元至1000元之间。

6. Tuition fee is non-refundable to dropouts, which conforms to the stipulations of the state.

根据国家规定，退学时学费不予退还。

7. The tuition fees include registration fee, text books.

学费含注册费和书本费

III. Application（申请）

Oversea students who intend to apply for Hunan International Economics University need to provide the following documents in advance to the international office of Hunan International Economics University.有意前往湖南涉外经济学院学习的海外学生，需将下列文件提前交至湖南涉外经济学院国际合作与交流处。

1) For Undergraduate Programs with Bachelor Degrees and Associate Degrees:

Students who want to apply for undergraduate programs or associate degree programs need to be graduated from senior high school, with a good physical condition. The age of applicants should be within 18 to 45. Also applicants need to achieve the language requirements (HSK level 3 / NEW HSK level 4). Applicants without HSK need to attend test of Chinese Language Ability in Hunan International Economics University before starting their undergraduate program, but their HSK result are still required and needed to be submitted within the first academic year. Besides, applicants need to provide the following documents in advance:

申请本科或专科的学生必须为高中毕业生，身体健康，年龄在18至45岁之间，且已达到入学语言要求（HSK3级/新HSK4级）。无语言成绩的学生需要参加湖南涉外经济学院中文水平测试，通过测试者在入学后第一学年内补交HSK证书。此外，申请者还需提供下列文件：

1. High School Graduation certificates (copies; authorized by graduate high school)

高中毕业证（复印件，由毕业学校颁发）

2. Confirmed transcript (copies; authorized by graduate high school)

经过认证的成绩单（复印件；由毕业院校颁发）

3. Chinese level certificate/English level certificate ( undergraduate programs applicants need to offer)

中文水平证明/英语水平证明（本科项目申请人须提供）

4. Non-Criminal Record authorized by the Embassy of People's Republic of China 经中国大使馆认证过的无犯罪记录证明

5. Copy of your passport (the page with personal information on it)

护照复印件（个人信息页）

6. Physical Heath Check Form （Valid within 6 months)

2) For Chinese Language Study Program（中国语言学习项目）:

The age of applicants for Chinese language study programs should be within 18 to 60, with a good physical condition. For applicants under 18 years old, they will be accepted only under the condition that the applicants have guardian in Hunan Province. Besides, applicants need to provide the following documents in advance:

申请中国语言学习项目的申请人须在18至60岁之间，身体健康。18岁以下的申请者需提供湖南省内监护人信息。此外，申请人还应提前提交下列材料：

1. HIEU Application Form 湖南涉外经济学院国际生入学申请表格

2. Copy of your passport(the page with personal information on it) 护照复印件（个人信息页）

3. Physical Health Check Form (For Duration Longer than 6 months)

体检表格（只有学期时间超过六个月的学生才需要）

4. Certificate of academic degree or studying certificate and transcript

学位证书或在读证明及成绩单

5. Non Criminal Record authorized by the Embassy of People's Republic of China 经中国大使馆认证过的无犯罪记录证明

Procedures of Application（申请程序）:

1. Students who want to apply Hunan International Economics university send all required documents to the international office via official email (address admissions@hieu.edu.cn). 有意申请湖南涉外经济学院的学生须将材料按要求发送至湖南涉外经济学院国际合作与交流处邮箱（admissions@hieu.edu.cn ）

2. Applicants who are accepted will receive the admission letter, a form (Visa Application for Study in China) authorized and issued by the Educational Department of Hunan Provincial Government and the Foreign Affairs Office of Hunan Provincial People’s Government. 被录取的学生将会收到录取通知书、湖南省教育厅及湖南省人民政府外事办公室认证的签证表格

3. Students with the above documents can come to the embassy of P. R. China in their country to apply for Visa. 持有上述材料的学生可前往当地中国大使馆申请签证

IV. Registration（注册）

Students shall pay the registration fee, tuition fee and accommodation fee on the day of their registration. The Letter of Admission, the JW202 Form, personal passport, and eight 2-inch passport photos are needed for registration. Health certificates are required for students who have studied for one year or more. Application materials should be submitted to the university as well. Free coaches are provided to new students when they notify of their specific time of arrival by plane or by train.

学生应在注册之日缴清注册费、学费及住宿费，同时在注册时提交录取通知书、JW202表格、个人护照及8张2寸护照照片。学习一年以上的同学还需提供健康证明及申请资料。学校为新生提供免费接机/接站服务，需要此项服务的学生须提前告知航班或火车时间。
