Management

The School of Management boasts a strong workforce of more than 2,500 people, including a teaching team comprising 24 professors and associate professors, 10 holders of doctorate degrees, five provincial youth backbone teachers, and two teachers selected for participation in the "Hunan 121 Talent Project."

The School is enriched by an excellent academic atmosphere and supported by many academic teams in the fields of business management, human resource management, technological innovation, strategic management, and more. In recent years, the faculty members have published more than 30 academic books and textbooks and over 300 academic papers, and have presided over more than 70 different research projects.

The Department of Business Administration has earned the title of "Provincial Outstanding Teaching and Research Section," while "Principles of Management," the key professional course, has been awarded the distinction of "Provincial Excellent Course."

The University offers complete teaching facilities and emphasizes practical teaching. On campus, an ERP sand table simulation laboratory, a digital simulation guide laboratory and a physical training room have been built, and numerous practice bases have been established with Zoomlion, Changsha Country Garden, Otto and other enterprises. Additionally, many student teams have won support from the Hunan Undergraduate Research Study and Innovative Test Plan Project and the Undergraduate Entrepreneurial Base Project.

The employment rate of graduates within 6 months of completion of studies has consistently exceeded 90%. Graduates have been employed by Government departments at all levels. Others have obtained employment with Gree, TCL, Better-Life, Yuanda and other well-known business enterprises, and some have become "Venture Stars." Furthermore, some graduates have been admitted to Hunan University, Lanzhou University, University of Electronic Science and Technology, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Southwest Jiaotong University, as well as famous foreign universities such as Maastricht University, for their master's degrees.
